OK - I am at a loss with MB2HAL - I want VFDMOD!  Question is how do I get it for an architecture that is very new on the block - Pi5?  The arm64 side of things is dealt with in the arm64 release for Pi. I have been looking into recompiling VFDMOD for arm64, but having followed the QT route it seems there are a couple of fiiles that are missing, namely hal.c and hal.h. The quote form one of the posts states words to the effect "... get QT and rebuild" - but it aint't that easy. Or is it?

Hey aekhv,
Your github and docs seem to be in a bit of a scramble with your name change on github. Any estimate of when that will get straightened out? Love the project I was able to put together a working configuration for the StepperOnline EV200 pretty easily. Mb2hal just didn't work for this device. Still trying to figure out what their spindle speed register wants, but that is their documentation problem.

GitHub download is down and no way to find it anywhere else ? now i have to spend another month to figure out another way to run my VFD, i think instead i will smash this linuxcnc controller with a baseball bat and that will be the best satisfaction this machine ever gave me.

If you having trouble finding it, see github.com/thestealth131205/vfdmod

I'm not sure if the project has been hijacked, or the original owner changed his login without realizing the impact on his links. The good part is that the bits are all still there. I'll be making a fork to have a backup in case it goes away...
