Is positive (step+,dir+) and negative (step-,dir-) connection s are good to go ???

They look right if that's what you are asking.

In general, I would use differential wiring for servo drives
with high step rates and single ended wiring for standard
step motor drives with optocoupled inputs:

Differential:

7I52S Step+ --> Drive Step+
7I52S Dir+ --> Drive Dir+
7I52S Step- --> Drive Step-
7I52S Dir- --> Drive Dir-

Single Ended:

7I52S +5V --> Drive Step+
7I52S +5V --> Drive Dir+
7I52S Step- --> Drive Step-
7I52S Dir- --> Drive Dir-

Well yes I am going with differential option but i was confused with manual book coz I have worked with 7i76e where manual clearly says step+, dir+, step+, step- but 7i52s says, TX0A, /TX0A, TX0B, /TX0B so i am considering as

PULS+ is TX0A

PULS- is /TX0A

SIGN+ is TX0B

SIGN- is /TX0B
Is that right ?

Actually (as described in the 7I52S manual) its:

PULS- is TX0A

PULS+ is /TX0A

SIGN- is TX0B

SIGN+ is /TX0B

Here is a bitfile for a 5I24-25 with a 7I52S and a 7I52

You should be able to get the pinout with

sudo mesaflash --device 5i24 --dbname1 7i52S --dbname2 7i52 --readhmid
