Mesa 5i24-25 stucked

ok it's showing all pins but i am still not able to get 2khz pwm afters settings pwm_frequancy to 2000 it's still got about. But according to mine volt meter it change voltages 0-5v so it is safe to use it as analogue my drive supports both 10v and 5v analogue input or i should connect/TX5B => pwm in and TX5B => GND , currently i have connected TX5B => pwm in and GND to GND of 7i52s

I can verify PWM frequency setting on that particular firmware but I suspect a measurement error.

One thing to verify PWM frequency is setting the PWM frequency very low
(say 5 Hz) which you can check with a LED.

You should chose the output that makes your PWM-->Analog converter output
0V before LinuxCNC starts. (and you may need to invert the PWM output so you don't
end up with 5V --> 0V instead of 0 --> 5V)

Ok will got try. Well i am not expert with differential signals so i believe to invert pwm signals i have to connect /TX5B to pwm and GND to GND from TX5B to pwm and GND to GND. Is that right.

If your PWM to analog converter has 0 output with 0 PWM input,
you would use the TX5B output (and /TX5B would be left unconnected).
You would then invert the PWM output pin in the hal file

@pcw now getting pwm out put and getting voltage output but only getting 5.2v at 54% duty cycle and  not increasing while increasing duty cycle so yes it's faulty converter ordered industrial one from china will take 2 to 3 week so mean while I want to run machine so is there any way that i could scale 100%rpm at 50% duty cycle mine drive supports both 0-5v as well as 0-10v too ?

I have setup mesa 7i73 in 4x8 keypad no lcd mode but i am not able to get inputs that only associated with column 0(key 8 pin 11 of P1 connector) i have checked pin 11 is not shorted with any other pin and i also checked from switch to pin 11 (6th pin out side ) and it's show continuity on each switch here i am attaching some pics


 

Sounds like maybe a wiring error or cable issue

@pcw yes it might be but like I said i checked continuity of connection from 7i73 pin 11(back side of 7i73 all cables connected) to switch and it shows continuity and 0.1 resistance which means there is no problem in connections and also checked if any pin is shorted but still it's there is no evidence of it so i swapped board with another 7i73 but still same problem

Still sounds like a wiring error. I verified that all column 0s work
(P1 pin 11 to 7,8,9,10 =R0C0,R1C0,R2C0,R3C0)
