I see some people utilize the transformers from original cabinet, is there a guide to wiring this up to power advanced motion controls 25A20 servo drive?

Are the voltages correct?

Are there also rectifiers and capacitors?

Power supply?
I see some people utilize the transformers from original cabinet, is there a guide to wiring this up to power advanced motion controls 25A20 servo drive?
or is it best to purchase separate power supply and remove all the original transformers?
my dc servo motors are rated at max 146 volts.

Dont get rid of transformers and/or power supplies. IT has 24v and 5v power supplies you will need for the 7i77.

The large 460v 3p transformer I rewired and changed the taps so I could use single phase 220 input. I used VFD for the spindle 3 ph motor.

How far along are you with this? I am starting to do mine as my original control died on it.

I retained the drive transformer / logic power supply.
Both cabinets are gutted mostly.
I want to move back cabinet to the position of side cabinet (if I have enough room for components)so I can push mill back to wall.
www.grmolds.com/?p=57 is no longer available to me, can you access? I did print it off, so I do have his instructions.
I am getting ~130DCV from capacitor strip.
logic power supply is listed as 5 volt as well as + - 12 volt, do I power 7177 field power with 12v? I can get 24volts out of logic power supply by using both + and - 12 volt leads by using -12 as ground and +12 as hot, is that how I need to power 7i77?

Does this wiring diagram look correct?
I am not sure about the logic power supply, volts and 7i77 connection point.
Not sure about encoder connections, was following GR Molds direction best I could.

Nope, that is still the same resolution, just cropped.
289x368 pixels is just not enough.

Did you get rid of the drives? What drives are you plan on using?
