I am making slow progress, (slow because I have no experience).
I have two servo drivers that are connected and working for X and Y, DC motors, I can activate them with a 1.5v battery both directions (not connected to messa 7i77 or anything else other than the drive itself. My Z servo driver is not working yet. Buying used untested 25a20's off ebay they are cheap but it is a gamble if they actually work. I got two to work out of 5, I just ordered three more for $50 plus shipping. So I hope to get one good one out of three, if I get 1 to work I am only out 50 plus shipping, that's not bad for a servo drive.
I am currently drilling holes in my cabinet for cables, running cables into cabinet, sorting, labeling, cleaning up the mess of wires I have spread out everywhere.
Eencoder for X seems to be displaying correctly as well, I will connect Y encoder to 7i77 soon as well for testing by hand turn of motor shaft. By the way all my drives have the belt removed, good thing as testing drives the motors like to run off at full speed..
