Ok in Pncconfig and a little lost. I am trying to config my 5i25-7i77 combo.

I am on the window that says Meso0 Configuration-Board: 5i25 firmware 7i77 x1

I have tabs for configuration page I/O connector 2 and 3 an Smart Serial 0 and 1

Where do I define x y and z axis and my spindle (my spindle is actually a large 6k servo motor)

Again thanks to everyone here

Ok spent more time on the machine today. I tried a 1.5v battery test on the z axis. I connected up the leas to the servo driver and nothing happene. Re connected the lines and got movement. If anyone has any ideas please chime in. Also still looking if anyone wants to make some cash finishing the conversion. I can afford apx. 1k for the work including any extra components.

My first guess would be that there is a drive-enable signal (and possibly a charge-pump safety signal) that wasn't present during the battery test.

Is it possible to leave everything "normal" except for the command signal from the battery?

Can you measure the signals on all the other pins when the drive is working properly? Try the AC range on your multimeter too (or a scope) to look for charge-pump style signals.

I posted the wiring out diagram. As for a charge pump, I have no idea what that is. Sorry.
