Some plasma power supplies provide a 0-10V output to monitor plasma voltage.
If you supply does that, then the THCAD-10 is appropriate
If your plasma power supply does not provide a voltage monitor point,
so all the is accessible is the direct plasma voltage, the THCAD-300 is appropriate

Hypertherm is a known good maker of plasma torches and have machine torches that fit the smaller units.

Ok. I have revised powermax 45 and I think that this is the plasma
Now this plasma has a input to remote run. It is a open contact. I think that it need close to run the plasma. I check touchoff.ngc file and I think that with
M3 S1 you turn on the plama but how you connect the 7i77 for this?Exist any output that can be a switch? Can you explain me a few how connect the hardware? Thanks

The M3 turns on the spindle if the Speed is >0 therefor I put the S1. You just pick an output and connect the motion spindle on bit to the 7i77 pin in your hal file.
This is the line from my plasma cutter using a 7i76 card as it is stepper driven.
net spindle-on motion.spindle-on => hm2_5i25.0.7i76.0.0.output-00

Ok, but powermax 45 need a output of relay not a logic output. My question is if exist any manner of obtain a output of switch in 7i77 or I need drive a external relay for this.

I think that I expressed bad.
The powermax 45 have a input signal for RUN THE PLASMA. this signal is a open contact of two terminals. If you close this contact Turn On the plasma. This action normally is effected with a switch, relay or any mechanical device. Now I want know if this action may be performed with the 7i77 or I need a external relay to join the two terminals of open contact for RUN of plasma.

only way to know is to know what signal is
switched when you close the contact:
current and voltage?
AC or DC?

I don't know. In the data sheet only say:
Signal:
Start (starting plasma)
Type:
Input
Notes:
Normally open.
Open circuit voltage: 18 VDC at terminals START.
Requires contact closure to activate.
