Limit to number of tools in tool table

Also the rotation direction would be interesting and touch off offset would be interesting.
This helps to use a automatic tool touch off.
I load all the tools I need into the ATC and then press touch off all tools. And the big insert heads need to be touched of with an offset and running slowly in reverse.

At the the moment i am using unused offsets to store this informations. But I think this is kind of cheating...
