Post your entire configuration directory as an attachment here on the forum.

Type:

Sudo dmesg -c

prior to running linuxcnc and copying your error file from dmesg -c.

It clears your dmesg log so we can just see the errors related to linuxcnc.

Also post your dmesg.

Linuxcnc error log as well too please. We can get this going for you again or at least point to your problem.

Are you in the USA? If so contact me via email in my profile and we can chat on the phone when we get time.

Here is what I get from dmesg. I will have to provide a drive link for the config directory. drive.google.com/open?id=0B86EwtSOzbrjVENZMkdNMlJvZWc

[ 203.249005] PPMC: ERROR: no boards found on bus 0, port 0378

This is a completely different error (and not unexpected with a new PC)

Is the new PCs parallel port located at 0x378 and set into EPP mode?

(these would be BIOS settings)

Since the PPMC issue started when you changed the PC, it suggests that there may be something
wrong with the new PCs parallel port (either LPT mode, address, hardware/cable issues etc)

You may need to get Pico Systems/Jon Elsons help here. I suspect he has some LPT diagnostics
that can help narrow this down
