Post your .hal and .ini as you have them configured.

Here you go. I am pretty sure the issue is something very small at this point since I have no errors on startup. I'm just not getting any signal out of my AOUT4 and AOUT5.
Physically I have my resolver for X on Resolver04 and my resolver for Y on Resolver05

Well I have no first hand experience using these cards. It looks like you are trying to use analog outputs 0 and 1 when your hal is actually using analog outputs 4 and 5.

Give me some line numbers or something to look at and which file are you referring to for my analog outputs 0 and 1?
There doesn't appear to be anything helpful in my Tree.ini file that would lend to fixing this. All my changes were in Tree.hal

OK I got it. I moved my AOUT0 / AOUT1 block back to P4 and reset my Tree.hal then changed only the resolver references to 04 and 05 accordingly. Everything moves again.
No I can do some testing on my F-Error and see if this improves the noise on my resolvers as PCW suggested it may.

OK PCW now that I made that switch on P2 on my 7i49 board and adjusted the jumper. I see a bit of change in the waveform but it's still nowhere close to the pics that others had on here of their F-error. Mine is definitely more sporadic. Perhaps it's just the old servos and hardware vs new stuff? -Are there any .HAL file changes I need to do to tell it to use 1/2 voltage to reduce the noise further? Or was it just that physical block change on the 7i49 board along with the jumper?

There are no hal changes involved in the signal level change
Do you still have the periodic error?
Have you tried other axis? it may be that you have a mechanical issue

Both X and Y behave almost identical. I can post some pics of the HALSCOPE this weekend. It is somewhat better but I'm not sure it was worth all that trouble. -Not sure if you read about my pain these past few days trying to get that change to work ...I did finally figure it out and have x & y on the P2 block.
