A resistive divider made with 2x 22 ohm resistors has an impedance of 11 Ohms so unless the differential input resistance of the drive is very low, one divider for STEP- and DIR- is likely OK
+5V --> R1 -->2.5V tap --> R2 --> GND
+5V --> R1 -->2.5V tap --> R2 --> GND

I did a quick add in of the resistors to the BOB diagram. PCW, is what you were describing.
Sorry about the draftsmanship. I by no means a electrical engineer. I didn't draw in the leaders to PUL- and DIR- on the Y and Z axis. It's sloppy enough. Hope you can make heads or tails of what I've added. And most of all I hope this is was you're talking about. I do appreciate your all's time.
Thanks again,
JuniorC

Sorry PCW, I believe my diagram is a little off from what you're trying to explain to me. Bear with me I'm weak on the electrical side. I'm a industrial maintenance machinist by trade.

No, the resistor connections are:
+5V --> R1 --> R2 --> GND
With the junction of R1 and R2 being your 2.5V tap
This2.5V tap goes to STEP- and DIR- and the BOBs
STEP and DIR outputs go to STEP+ and DIR+
directly. That is, the resistors do not connect to any
BOB signals at all (other than 5V power and GND)

I understand resistors configuration and the tap voltage. I want to make sure that I'm understand you correctly on the inputs to outputs. The BOB pulse- and direction- to the DRIVES step+ and direction+ ?
Thanks for your time and help
