This indicates that a previous crash left the realtime modules in an unstable state, it doesn't really tell us anything. 

You will need to reboot the machine and try again, then you will get an error report with the real problem.

Start the latency test from the command-line (latency-test)

then run "dmesg"

One thing that I do see, but it doesn't really make sense in the context of the rest of the output is:

Can you check what you actually have in /lib/firmware/hm2/5i20 ?

That could be an issue, I had to pull the firmware from the old version before, I will try modifying the line to point to the correct FW, I don't know why the one referenced is not there. Maybe I will try searching for it.
