Axis and /or joint too ?

I have both connected

Mike

I think that may depend on the linuxcnc software version. I'm using master and do not use joint mode anywhere as I have a gantry

Still no-go.

Been editing this line but still no-go
loadrt ........ sserial_port_0=20xxxx" change to 02 will not find MPG port, 20 and 21 22 starts LCNC but still no MPG working.

Anybody that can see what is wrong in my hal?

Something like this but ignore the crazy bit file I'm using.
loadrt hm2_eth board_ip="10.10.10.10" config="firmware=/home/plasma/linuxcnc/configs/Plasma3.10.01/7i76e_7i76x1_PktD.bit num_encoders=1 num_pwmgens=0 num_stepgens=5 sserial_port_0=2xxxx"

Ok lets go back one step.
Go to a sserial that shows mpg ports. Control in hal that your values change.
I think you had that in #106438 ?
Do the change value as you want means positive in the direction you want ?
If both are fine your fone with mesa config. Problem is then in hal.
Please report when you are back to that position.
