Wiring I've checked ten times, it's OK. There is only 4 wires for that and one enable signal.
As for setup, I'm not sure. I've checked with LED and when I move axis manually - diod lights up slowly (as acceleration). Direction light is instantaneous. What more ways are to check what is going on with signals?
May be I need to set 1imp=1mm and to see on the led if it blinking. What should be step_scale to correspond that, 1?
Now I can't understand what cause this problem, servo or settings of the 7i92 board.
I tried to set inversion, but same result. I think I can invert wires, it will not cause the fault, because it changes it's direction. Or.... Could change of signal direction cause dammage to my servodrive inputs? ( manual for that servo is www.vitalsystem.com/portal/cnc/motor_and...EP1C%20MANUAL-EN.pdf )

Could be problem in the soft that I loaded into 7i92 board? I used 7i92_7i76x1D.bit loaded from the site of mesa.

Not if you are generating step pulses...
Do you have servo drive limit switch inhibits disabled?

I've commented max and minimum limits. Currently I set motor separetly near my and try to make it running. After that it will be set on machine.

Looking at the drive manual, it looks like you need to disable the limit switch inputs (default its enabled)
or the drive will not move at all
( this has nothing to do with linuxCNC or the 7I92, just the servo drive setup )

There is P097=3 that neglect limitation. But even that I've set values of DI3 and DI4 to "True" - nothing changes.
I've connected stepper drive motor to Mesa 7i92 and it works well. It's definitaly problem with my servo. But where I don't know. I've connected two servos and they are blind but they was good in the past. I have 2 two more servos and will check them also.
I also cheked parameter P038 (filtering pulsing signal). It setted to 7 (max 500kHz), I've changed it to 1 but nothing.I really don't know what to do((( I'm stall.

You might try resetting the drive to its default settings... (it has a simple way to do this)

I set 10000ns as steplen and 10000 as stepspace for servodrive and nothing((( it doesn't see anything.
I also connect in parallel RC-link to 5Vdc to smoth supply voltage, but it's also useless.
I've connected 3-rd drive and same result. Obviously - it's problem of my wiring (. as mentioned in post #105822) but where to find this problem. I attach also connection wiring, may be somebody will see something suspicion.

I have some servo drives where you have to install a jumper to "fake" the limit signal if no limits are to be connected to them.

And I would definitely look into resetting the drives to their default parameter set
