THC config that works.

So I started again from scratch and managed to get it working. I must have somehow screwed up the settings before. I suspect that it was the line relating to the X/Y limits as this time I did not get a limit error message, at any rate it is now searching and starting the arc as expected. I did not need to uncomment the line regarding the Z-axis.

Unfortunately I did not manage to get any further. I was not getting the arc confirm signal, which I traced to me leaving the THC interface unplugged whilst I tested the signals. After plugging it back in I retried and ended up with smoke coming from inside my THC unit. Not good. Looks like I will need to get it replaced / fixed.

After speaking with the supplier I've got a replacement part on order, its the voltage regulator, and the reason that it fried was that the connections to the plasma unit arced out on the metal case of the THC unit. The THC unit is not a great design as the terminals are every close to the case but an issue easily remedied once I get the replacement part in, this will hopefully be tomorrow.
