I succeeded LC10E driver homing with incremental encoder + origin, limit switch with my own homing codes.

Hi MaxEkb77, did you solve it? I found the same problem with your same servo in CSP mode

I contacted support - they said it was normal.
I'm trying to work on my milling machine - I haven't found any problems yet.

Could you post your configuration files? I still have been unable to get homing to work correctly with the Lichuan LC10E and a home switch.

I use abs position, when set to zero i reset encoder multiturn position.
If you need a ini setup for abs, late copy this side a config.

I was hoping @tar_san could post his files, as he indicates he got homing with external limit and origin switches working. I had thought I had homing figured out back in January, but discovered it was only working for Z index pulse homing, not external switch homing. I then had to set the project aside for six months due to a high priority consulting project, and am back on my LCNC ethercat quest again.

Actually, now that I have done more testing and fixed on issue in my ini file (had HOME_SEQUENCE=1 for all joints instead of 0), my original instructions at forum.linuxcnc.org/ethercat/54908-missin...-homing-lc10e#318671 appear to work correctly for homing LC10E drive with an external home switch on DI2.

You can make "no encoder reset" & use standart linuxcnc homing procedure

Hello.
I had to recreate LC10 homing code from zero reading manual designated for a driver with a motor with incremental encoder . ( I thought original code was difficult to fix )
If you still have some problems, I consider to open my codes...( I have something to do for some improvement )

Hi, I’d like to ask — which version of LinuxCNC and kernel are you currently running?
