Hi i have done the sequence as in images but still no "home all" button lol, every thing i try brings up an error message and i know the axis are homed but screen error messages insist they are not, think i have a ghost

Hallo, ich habe aus der github.com/jin-eld/mh400e-linuxcnc/wiki die Dokumentation durchgeschaut und an meiner Maho MH70 C entsprechend verkabelt. 
Die Simulation über die angegebenen Befehle bekomme ich zum laufen. Schaltvorgänge werden getätigt. Wie allerdings integriere ich das ganze in meine Maschinen hal? 

In der Sim Hal wird auch ein thread  gestartet 
addf hm2_5i25.0.read          mh400e-sim-thread
addf hm2_5i25.0.write         mh400e-sim-thread 
Wenn ich die Sim Hal in meiner INI hinterlege wird beim start von Axis ein Fehler angezeigt, da ich den hm2_5i25.0.read schon als servo thread definiert habe.

Womit wird der Drehzahlwechsel gestartet, über Taste am Bedienpult ist das für mich verständlich, jedoch aus Axis? 

Womit wird das Spindle stopped input verdrahtet. Sinn würde es am Relais Spindelbremse lösen machen, dieses wird deaktiviert sobald die Spindel stoppt.

Vielleicht stehe ich auch total am Schlauch oder mir sind die Tiefen der Linux Programmierung noch nicht geläufig.

Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Übrigens Hochachtung für die Programmierung und sagenhafte Anleitung der Gearbox RotarySMP.

Anbei vielleicht noch meine Maschinen Hal und GearboxSim Hal

Hi Aciera,
Yes, correct, I copied scara.ini from vismach demo and revised it.
Actually there are 3 joints (J0, J1, J2) which are most useful in SCARA application. That's why I only test with 3 joints and removed 3 joints (J3,J4,J5) :)
Is it root cause to have this error ?. should it be ?.

I'm not familiar with 'scarakins' but looking at 'configs/sim/axis/vismach/scara/scara.ini' and comparing that with your 'tsino_scara_3ax.ini' it seems to me that you have not configured enough joints:

you will have to excuse a complete beginner here, does this mean i change the home_search_vel to -2 and the home_latch_vel to 0.625. When you say scale are you refering to the INI file scale that is 800 at present, do i invert by adding a minus, i have never had to do that.
Also it was pointed out that there is no home_final_velocity, im guessing i have to add this in which case where do i insert the text

Hello,
My system is:
- LCNC 2.9.3, Debian 6.1.0-22-rt-amd64
- EtherCAT AC servo
- Everything is ok: homing, moving each axis separately, ...

When I run G-code, I have strange error: "Linear move on line xxx would exceed C's positive/negative limit".
I remember that it was ok with LCNC 2.9.2, but I have trouble with LCNC 2.9.3
I did big number of MIN & MAX Limit, but could not run G-Code.
Any advise ?. Thank you.

PhilipME,

Are you using a vanilla Debian install from their website? If so, LinuxCNC is not installed by default so you should be safe to proceed and skip that step.

If LinuxCNC is already installed (not run-in-place) then I'm not sure what's going on.

If you're ONLY using run-in-place, you can also skip the purge command as well, but do not try to use the run-in-place instance as it will not work with RTAI unless you've built it against the RTAI kernel debs that are listed in the first post of this thread.

  So far the building of the machine was all much easier than I expected.
But welding the water table is a big challenge.
Since I could not find a peace of sheet metal l large enough it is all warping up. And as it is now it is not usable. I would appreciate any advice on how to get those sheets straight again.

A 97% error seems quite large.
Does the PP output the I & J values as absolute or incremental distances? The LinuxCNC default is incremental.

Thanks, got rid of that error but now there is another one.
Operator error:
G-code error
Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start:
rel_err=97.5794%
I have attached the error.
I have found a lot about this on linuxcnc forums and the solution given is to change the tolerance in linuxcnc:2.4. [RS274NGC] Section
CENTER_ARC_RADIUS_TOLERANCE_MM =
 n 
It says to add it in the ini file. I can't find where this is meant to go. I tried adding it but it didn't work. I couldn't find this center arc radius tolerance in any of my config files. I tried increasing the accuracy on the cam side but it didn't change anything.
