Could someone post a working Gcode file of anything for PlasmaC and I will see if it is my post processor that is causing the problem.

Hmm, its exciting to see another new plasmac machine operational but I think thats the fist time we've seen the plasmac spanner emerge from a cut sheet. Well done Stefan! What post processor were you using? DO you want to post about it on the sheetcam thread?

I'm another convert to plasmac. I went from a 4yr parport cfg/customized Axis to 7i96/plasmac/Axis. I'd like to tip my hat to Phil. Thank you for the work, it is appreciated immensely.

My only outstanding irk is that my Z-axis is travel is very limited and with the safe height parameter I often get the nag message that safe height has been reduced. Is there a simple way of disabling the safe height and simply returning to G53 Z0 at end of cut?

Thanks for the report, I hope it is working for you.

I should put a lead in on that wrench if you guys are going to actually cut it...

I could make it so that if Safe Height is zero then it goes to Z maximum height, That shouldn't affect existing configs.

I took the cue, from thefabricator3, as the "hello world" of a plasmac cfg and just trying to start a trend! I wouldn't worry about it, lead ins are an end user problem.

For me, if safe height 0.0 = a G53 Z0 move that would be absolutely perfect.
