I can consistently get it to do what you found if the X motion is greater than 0.00196mm.

I am not sure what is happening here and as it is not a show stopper I will investigate after the current feature I am working on is complete.

You do want this motion to be as small as possible but this error should not occur.

I don’t think that you need to worry about it, just need to make a note in the documentation about it, so that people don't change this number.

Phill,

Could you check this attached G-code file and let me know if the THC works for you.

I have been having a problem with the THC not working unless I turn off Auto and set it to Enable. Then it says on all the time.

It works fine in a sim. Do you have THC enabled in the Cut Parameters?

No I did not have it set, I should of checked the update page, I did not know the button was there.

So what is the point of that enable tickbox, For using PlasmaC with hand written G-code?

The one on the right is for overide, it also ties in with the digital pin for tuening THC off in GCode

Well, the machine is finally running and after a few quick calibration cuts I cut the PlasmaC wrench and it actually fits my ER25 collet.

Now for some tidying up and fine tuning.
