Do you have any schematics or wiring diagrams or pictures of connectors and maybe the insides of it ?
Take some pictures, post them here, there are plenty of very smart people here that can figure out a lot of stuff like that.

not very hard its easier than plasma... in some aspects..
it works with plasmac as THC but i have to do some gas setting and GUI for it..
also changing probing process..
laser once it works almost no down time compare to plasma.. i have been working for 2 weeks and zero consumables, ( protection mirror and nozzle)
i think plasma no go,. anymore,,, price of laser almost same as powermax105 and consume 3.3KW of power compare to 15kw for plasma..
NO more 0-30 error

cutting head start from 500 USDhey taloot.
I am also interested in making a laser cutter.
did you end up getting plasmac going ok for laser cutters.
6k sounds like a pretty good price for a laser cutting head. and the mechanical machine would be easy as to make. it is just the laser beam controlling that is hard I think. and I would be very interested in seeing what you have gotten up to with that. in a few years I think I might try build one of these
regards
Andrew

It may be possible to add another mode to PlasmaC to handle the laser stuff, depending on what the requirements are.it works with plasmac as THC but i have to do some gas setting and GUI for it..
also changing probing process..

From what i can gather from the manual, you need only 24V PWM OR 0-10V analogue to control it, the enable signal and the interlocks have to be closed.
Since you have the 7i76E, there is no need for anything else, wire the enable and the analogue outputs from the mesa spindle connector to the laser, wire the interlocks and it should work.
No need for ESP32 or serial anything, not even PWM.

exactly that what i want mode 3 for example
alot of work already done to plasmaC

i used esp32 for THC only..
u need 24 PWM + 0-10v both important
both
0-10v to set the power ( i can set it always 10v)
PWM for modulating freq
so if analog is 10v and interlock is shorted and enable is triggered... the laser wont emit,, till i give PWM

esp32 only act as capacitance amplifier like THC for plasma.

That explains a lot, so still the 24V PWM can be done with 2 small transistors and 4 resistors, or buy a cheap module that does that but all seem to be for 10V output.

pins and hardware connection is not problem,,
i want to know if there is component for piercing in linuxcnc or how the picing counted...
because i want to link the picing time,,, to specific pressure 28 psi for piercing and 12-13 psi.. for cutting,,
how can this be done (each material have different values but very close to eachother
also from piercing time i can set the PWM freq
if i took the pricing time as start point i can set all value accordingly
