The THCAD output should be about 10 bit resolution if read every 1 ms servo thread period
you can improve the resolution (at the expense of bandwidth) by low pass filtering
You can verify noise level by using a 9V battery
If you dont need HV protection and high isolation, a 7I87 is probably a better choice
as you can get 12 bit resolution independent of servo thread rate

i have no luck to link the lowpass filter as most examples in the forum is, for spindle

If you are using the PlasmaC component it has a built in low pass.

Have you tried with a battery as the input source.

i have 0-10v signal generator
same as this.,
www.google.com/search?q=0-10v+generator&...imgrc=AkuSyKsLNCEOqM
after applying lowpass filter is 0.01% fluctuation

there is no much noise from the system,, 10 bit is good for me
but how can the low pass filtering effect the resolution
