Please help with plasmac configuration was created by pkasy

				Good afternoon.
I used the search, honestly! I ask for help.
I installed the plasmac on a working configuration in which I already worked today. But I decided to install the THC and update the linuxcnc 2.7 to 2.9. There was even a sheet of metal left to continue working. And I didn’t shift anything or change anything.
And then nightmare began.
At first I ascertained through lengthy trials that the configuration did not work as expected when the servodrive began to gallop around. Did the PID parameters just fly off? No, they are read by the program in the wrong order that they are written. It does not accept XYZY, only XYYZ.
Okay, I did that too. And, although the drive parameters were not correct, plasmac lowered his head, ignited the plasma, performed only one line of the program and stopped. But, since the drive began to flutter during operation, I swapped all axes in the config ( XYZY to XYYZ ) and now the drives are stable.
But does not work!
Now the plasmac lowers its head, finds a sheet and refuses to continue to work, motivating this by the fact that the material is too high. The material that worked before.
I probably already changed all the numbers a million times...
I think I tried all the options. I even changed the maximum and minimum limits on the Z axis, maybe the program does not know how to work in negative numbers. Did not help. What else can be done?

material too high for safe traverse.
program is paused.
ohmic probe detected while moving to probe height.

What was the reason for the updates?
(2.7 => 2.9)

Screenshots of "run" and "config" panels ?
That point to probe height or Z axis 0 not properly set.

Do you have ohmic probing OR floating switch ?
In the config panel you have ohmic probe offset set at -25, i am not sure that is correct, but Phill knows that better, if he is around.

Ohmic. I tried ohmic probe offset from 0 to -25.
After sensing Plasma is trying to go even lower. Not up, but down. Somewhere the system changed sign, but where?
It worked fine before uprade.

You might want to wait for Phil or Rod to reply to that as i am not sure how that works in PlasmaC.
IIRC, the Z axis 0 should be just below the slats on the table, and home should be at the positive side, but you have it set as for a mill, meaning you have the zero at max height. That might be the reason for probing errors, but i currently have no way of testing that.
