Thanks Phill
This machine that I will be putting the 45xp on. Also has a RS485 com port port. But I will get the machine running first then add that later when I find the correct info.
Also it has come with an ohmic cap with the machine torch. I take it would need another THC to use that or could I use the B encoder on the THC-10 I have ? !!

Start and Transfer could be directly connected.
If start is the wrong polarity it will be permanently on.
Thanks Phill

Perfect re the start and transfer. Set the divider to 30:1 and then you won't need THCAD scaling resistors.
Re the Ohmic sensing, check the plasma primer, there is a relay circuit and another which might be a work ion progress that uses a THCAD-5. Its helpful with the 7i96 as it frees up some I/O pins

So at last I have my plasmaC loading.
Tried to use extras and wanted to run a circle but it posts without any F
Where is this done to have a feedrate for extras?

There should be a line F#<_hal[plasmac.cut-feed-rate]> that reads the feed rate from the cut parameters in the Run Panel

You need a valid Cut Speed in the Run Panel before you load/create/reload the file.

Will have a closer look on that, but I think it is not to be changed.
Also you reminded me about expanding the disk, now I get warnings of disk capacity of only 4.2G insteand of close to 30G
How can I solve this? there is nothing in raspi-config

Most probably you have a comma instead of a dot in the ini file, traj section.
