On the probe Basic homepage : kcjengr.github.io/probe_basic/index.html#

The first link to QtPyVCP is : h t t p ://qtpyvcp . kcjengr . com/ (nothing more than that but without the spaces)

Do you have something else???

Which version of Debian did you go with?

MX21, Debian 11.7, Debian 12 or something else?

Rod, that is NOT the link I'm talking about. Yours is the first link after 'installation'. The one I'm talking about is when you click on QtPyVCP on the text on top of the page:   ProbeBasic is a QtPyVCP based user interface for the LinuxCNC machine control.

Which version of Debian did you go with?

MX21, Debian 11.7, Debian 12 or something else?
 
Not sure who you're asking but the installation page: kcjengr.github.io/probe_basic/quick_start.html clearly state that this is for Debian 12 (Bookworm)
