very exciting. I find I really want to be able to sort files in date order so the last I created is at the top of the list once I've run the post processor.

Also, would it be possible for your screen based MPG to select a file when clicked or double clicked on, or put a select button in the middle of it?

Also, it would be great if PDF was supported. The most logical thing I would want to look at is the drawing and its going to be a PDF output from CAD.

Rod:
The columns are sortable by default. click on the heading of name, date or size and it will sort up or down. It default to sorted by name up so it's faster to navigate around folders.
i forgot to show that you can add new paths to the 'jump button' (bottom left) that will be remembered after shutdown.

I'm sure you could add a clicked function to the dial - i'll have to try it. - in qtdragon's case Jim already has a dedicated button to load
files.

I'll lookin to PDFs - would you prefer it came up as a separate window or embedded in the screen?

Thank's for the feedback

I think it make sense for it to remain embedded but provide a download button so it can open with the system viewer if required.

For creative people using woodpecker in linuxcnc 2.9. You can contribute some changes for more convenience and functionality.

I think I would show the inbed DRO only when the graphics is in full screen mode.
The current line number could be added to that inbed display too - is it that important to know?

That's right, this is true for full screen mode. There is control over the process of the machine and, if necessary, there is a stop button. I also moved the Macro Tab widget for easy command execution Go To Zero, Go To Home, Go Home, Ato Tool Zero. Nostalgia for MACH3. It is convenient for me and can anyone wants for himself. On Linuxcnc, I am sorely missing Close File. And so everything is fine, especially QtVcp.
There is no better interface for working with a large file. If you add energy independent memory to the MESA board then it will be a bomb. Thank you for attention!!!

Re:  qtdragon Is this a touch screen only or can it be used without touch screen.

I have seen this in the docs some time ago.

SilverDragon is not intended to primarily use a keyboard for machine control.
There are several key presses that will control the machine for convenience.

Thanks for all the hard work than has gone into this.

That is referring to the fact qtdragon doesn't use many keyboard shortcuts.
You would need a mouse to use it.
