2+2+3 More Plasma builds, double the joy ! 3X2M and 2.5X1.5M cnc plasma build.

Now i am really lost!
The belt drive system is mounted on 10mm thick aluminium plates, same for the idler bearings.

Can you please point me in the right direction ?

That is exactly where the THCAD should be connected, the red on the left side of the schematics.
What THC are you using ?
THCAD 300 can be wired at those two points although in the manual it explicitly says not to use it with HV start plasma, but i am using it with HF/HV plasma with no issues at all, wired at the same spots as you have marked on the left with red.
For THCAD 10 you would add a 1MOhm resistor to EACH of the wires, so two resistors in total.

It is just easier for me to use the 300.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but busy trying to start a new business (or several of them), so gathering stuff and people, fixing some other stuff, buying some stuff, etc etc.
Also my brother had his appendix removed, luckily it went well so he is recovering fine, as we as a family have some bad issues with full anaesthesia that made it very hard for us to come out of it. I did say "made it" as last two operations of my siblings went very well so something must be changing, not sure what and not sure i want to know as long as it is better.
Will do more updates when i have something worth posting.
