The complicated pattern was cut with 2 to 2.4M/M feed rate @60A measured/50A set on plasma, so being a p.o.s. i am i thought that is not good so did some tweaking today and sure enough i got it to cut without a hitch at 4M/M ! 
To many settings on PlasmaC so still finding out how to tweak things, thank you Phill, you owe me a Jameson !
