Hi, ok, i understand what you mean, this is 'work as designed', little bit different to mesa
but i will check how to connect directly on startup.

I’ve added an option for AutoConnect,
but I haven’t been able to test it properly yet; at least it’s already working in the simulator (dev branch)

 

Just updated to the dev branch and tested the new feature with the Tang Nano 9K: it works perfectly!

The board now starts communicating and reading inputs immediately as soon as LinuxCNC launches, completely solving the startup issue.
