Thats right for +-7.5 you would need 15V supply with a centertap or perhaps use the
KBMGs +15 and -15 with series zener diodes

With a floating 10V supply (not from the KBMC) supply you could connect the KBMC common to SPIN+ or SPIN- with a SPDT relay.

The NE5534 will not work well because it is not RRIO (Rail to Rail In and Out)

I'm a little lost (but this is not the first time with this spindle...)

Hi think for a clean way with full spec :
1 : use 10v from standalone powersupply + relay (with schematics confirmation)
2 : store.mesanet.com/index.php?route=produc...83_88&product_id=122

I can also consider some similar setup as my old board 0/24v pwm to +-10v modul but i have some bad experience for 0v offset not close to 50% duty

If solution 2 is good i think the best is order 1x7i96 + 1x7i83 for the lathe (no need more that 11 input 6 output)
And fix the broken 7i76e for use with my mill (spindle +-6v controlled)(firstly planned to order a second 7i76e)

Beware that if you use a 7I83 you could really only use one channel because the whole card will be at line voltage potential because the KBMC control voltage is not isolated from the power circuitry

Ok good to know !! (i think is never usefull for this project)

In your opinion what is the best technical choice : (same price)
deal with relay and supply (not understand correct wiring for now)
use combo 7i96+7i83 (need special bit file ?)

Might be easier to use the 7I96+7I83 though that has a lot less GPIO

Ok many thanks for your support !

It is needed to do a special bit flash file for 7i96+7i83 ?

for reparing this is ok ?

Hello

Order done 7i96 + 7i83.

For setup is only needed to do this ?:
check in the loardt command "sserial_port_0=00xxxxxx" ?

# ---Analog output signals/setup---
setp hm2_7i76e.0.7i83.0.1.analogout0-scalemax [SPINDLE_0]OUTPUT_SCALE
setp hm2_7i76e.0.7i83.0.1.analogout0-minlim [SPINDLE_0]OUTPUT_MIN_LIMIT
setp hm2_7i76e.0.7i83.0.1.analogout0-maxlim [SPINDLE_0]OUTPUT_MAX_LIMIT
net spindle-output pid.spindle.output => hm2_7i76e.0.7i83.0.1.analogout0 # to test need RPM or RPS ?

The card need a FW update ? (new one ordered from eusurplus)

The default firmware will probably be correct for the on-board IO, and the smart-serial boards are self-configuring. So you probably won't need to change the firmware.
You will need to make a terminal-block to 8P8C connector cable, typically by cutting the end off of an ethernet cable.

Thanks for reply.

Now i think about wiring, can you confirm input connection ?

That looks correct
You don't really need a resistor on the +24 to the drives alarm output, but
a 1K or 2K resistor there would prevent damage to the drive if you accidentally
shorted input 0 to ground
