Good day Tommylight. Tirelo here in Botswana.
I just saw this thread and I think you did a great job in successfully installing a new different control system on the machine that was not working.
I have the same machine at work "Elumatec SBZ 130/0". The problem with it is not moving on one of the axis.
I sincerely request that you also share with me the wiring diagrams of the machine, that would help in diagnosing the machine, right now I am not sure where exactly to touch,
Your help will be highly appreciated. Whatsapp: 0026777863001

Lately visited this place and this machine is still working all day long, just working harder cutting 10mm wide slots on 6mm thick metal! Directly drilling with that 10mm end mill!
I am amazed it has not disintegrated by now.
The only thing that failed, several times, is the PC. The rest never had a single issue.
And yeah, they never fixed the toolchager, it has a lot of wear so occasionally fails to lock in place.
At least this one is kept a bit cleaner, they found out the hard way how it is to not have this machine!
Will take some pictures probably tomorrow and update here.

@tommylight Can you upload your full hal files. I need to look how you addressing position and feedback pins to 7i74 board encoder channels. I have been trying very similar build but it uses BISS protocol instead of SSI.
