Cool, Im guessing turn hyper threading off based on what I have read and what about the SMI?

Yea, I turned HT off in both and did isolcpu in the 510 just to see what it would do.
There is a topic in the computers section where I explain I think what I did.

Got in all of the computer parts today (love amazon free 2day shipping) and I cant get the max jitter over 9064 no mater what I have running. I am running it all night to see what its up to in the morning.
