Yes I can computer is set up with
Ip-10.10.10.11
Mask- 8
GW-10.10.10.1

I can ping the board
10.10.10.10

You have the host IP address (10.10.10.11) in your hal file rather than
the card address (10.10.10.10)

I have been switching back and forth to .10 and .11 and still the same

10.10.10.11 will not work so just set the hal number to 10.10.10.10
