Sorry, i forgot to tell something. The psu output voltage can be regulated. Max. is 15V, i forgot to lower it, but if all other switches are working only the Y2 home switch from the HMA+ terminal not, then i think it has nothing to do with the voltage.
God damned, what can it be

Is your bob galvanic isolating, vor somehow restricting the signal to the port to 5 v?

Actually i am not sure about that.Thats the BOB, but its in polish: www.ebmia.pl/plyta-glowna-sterowania-sskmb2-p-42777.html
I did change the output voltage to 11V for the switches. Tested, still same.

Take a 1k resistor ( only for safety) and connect bob +5v to thr input, nothing else connected.
Do you see clear response in hal pin?
If yes regard sensor, If no try with other bob input.
If same behaviour, have a look to your sw, if not swear as you can suspect defective port hw.

In Gmocappy there is a routine that read's the ini file.
If we have a routine that can write the ini file and the hal file....
Then we have no work anymore here....
Haha.

My experience with these proxy switch NPN generally have a 10K R inside that limits the current so although it might measure 15V tthe current will be small. I have many time used them on 24V without issue. But depending on the BOB they might need a pull up R as Rod suggested.

Mike, can i test it without the 1k resistor ? I dont have one here..
Grotius, actually i dont know what you try to say. I am an beginner, so if you like to help then it would be great if you could try to explain it for me.

Found a difficult to read plan in your link. I'm quite sure that your inputs are isolated. You overload the opto coupler cny74-4 with 3 times higher current as foreseen, but i would not fear that. Gives you better noise reduction on the probably longer cables.
So swap the to sensors and look in halshow.

Do you know how to use halshow?
Start your project, ha a look in the menus and choose halshow
Go to pin, then find your parport signals.....
Right side open the watch tab and cklick on left side on according pin .. so you see the status in the right window.
