I made it work before you replied by excluding python-imaging-tk and installation worked just fine...

Now I have another problem though. Latency test is going nuts.
Max jitter is on 12x10^6 ns (12 millions).

I should be on RT kernel since uname -r says: 4.8.11-rt7 .
The problem should not be in computer, cause I previously had Wheezy distribution and had max jitter 10k.

You know that there are a couple of Mint install ISOs that have a complete installation of Linuxcnc on for installation ?

Unless for course you want to use ubuntu or already have that installed.
