And what was the problem?
You could now consider using the 7i73 built-in encoders. Do you have a pin
hm2_7i76e.0.7i73.0.1.enc0.count ?
You can subsitute that anywhere that you now have encoder.0.count.
Then, if that works, remove the loadrt and addf for the software encoder counter.

The loadrt / addf to remove are the ones related to encoder.0
But chck that hm2_7i76e.0.7i73.0.1.enc0 works first (ie, with halshow)
