Ethercat random jitter fix

the linuxcnc-ethercat version is : linuxcnc-ethercat (1.42.2-1)

1.44.0 is the latest version, also ethercat don't get from IGH, please uninstall IGH ethercat, and install the one from here instead

your devices will OP much quicker.

also note this new version needs an additional command in hal
lcec.activate
