The used kernen in debian 13 :
linux-image-6.12.21-rt-amd64

I havent done the latency myself so far.
For the tester i will make a debian 10 with his current kernel.

But somehow we need a better kernel for debian 13. This looks not usable at all.

Debian 13 does not seem to be using an RT kernel, based on the numbers, but it just might be, i know i had worse on a new PC back in 2020, with RT kernel it would not do anything under 6000000 (yes 6 million).
That was an outlier as i have used over 50 PC and laptop from then, but never that terrible.
I do have a Dell laptop that does that, even with RTAI kernel, if anyone is interested. :)

Yes, it is. In lcnc 2.8 i can run it by typing "genserkins" (not halrun) in terminal, but from 2.9 it seperated to ugenserkins.c and no longer work. I'm trying to add base and tool transform for this module.

update.

I took the motor out just to see if i could get it to reliably spin one revolution. With all the dip switches set to default that number is 1600. And i think i just had a brain blast because switching to the 1600 doesn't change it.

Also conveniently 1600 / 3.12 (the pulley ratio) is 533.3333 pretty close to the 540 number,.

I am going to throw it back together and verify.

Changing from F to 0 the output changes. The motor shaft is shaking as it doesnt have enough torque to spin the pulley. This is true until i get to 8. On 8 it comes alive and spins as it has been. The output seems to improve as i move past 8 but i have no data to confirm this.

I have the debug cord but once i get into the menus i have no idea what i am looking for.

Indeed there is something clearly incorrect. I'm not sure that it's in code or documentation or a combination of both.

I've tried numerous times to fix this without success. I think that it goes without saying that if it's not working properly,
it should probably be removed. It's very annoying.

When i try run usergenserkins in terminal by typing genserkins to test something


I'm not exactly sure what that means but looking at this note at the beginning of 'ugenserkins.c' makes me think that you might be trying to use something that is likely no longer working:
