wie kann ich freecad 1.0 in linuxcnc debian einbinden?

All I/O pins on the 7I92[X] start up in input mode and remain there until
LinuxCNC starts. They change back to input mode when LinuxCNC exits
(or the watchdog bites)

The PIN state when in input mode is determined by pullup/pulldown resistors
on the I/O pins. Pullup or pulldown mode is selected by jumpers W1 and W2 on
the 7I92T[X] W1 controls the mode of P1 and W2 controls the mode of P2.
When the jumper is in the "UP" position, pullup mode (the default) is selected. When
the jumper is in the "DOWN" position, pulldown mode is selected.

I suspect you want to select pulldown mode on P2.

I should note that pulldown mode does not work with all breakout boards
as some require pullups because they have bare  open collector Optocoupler
outputs.

 

If this is an issue with the probe input, did you first check that
motion.probe-input changes as expected when your sensor is activated?

(check with halshow's "WATCH" tab)

  

I would test this by hand by watching  index.n.enable with halshow
and then:

sets index.n.enable true

(in halshow or with halcmd)

and seeing if toggling the hardware stepgen index pin clears  index.n.enable
You might also verify that the GPIO pin associated with the stepgen index
changes when you toggle the stepgen index pin.

note: index.n.enable is the name of your signal that connects the joint
index enable to the stepgen index enable.

Also stepgen position mode should work but it will have a glitch at index detection.
The more standard stepgen velocity mode is better as it handles the stepgen position
jump at index detection better.
 

So hoffe das Die beiden Files  angekommen sind.

Wollte die HAL und INI datei anhängen.

Habe wieder mal etwas Zeit um meine Maschine Aufzurüsten. Leider haben wir die Wezeugvermessung sehr lange mit der Falschen Oberfläche herum gespielt bis wir daraufgekommen sind das meine Oberfläche ProbeBasic ist und mit GMOOC nicht geht.
Habe das Video von TooTall18T angeschaut der was ProbeBasic verwendet und die Files runtergeholt und eingespielt auch die anderen Einstellungen gemacht jetzt geht nichts mehr es dauert sehr lange bis sich der Bildschirm aufbaut. Es kommt auch keine Fehlermeldung Maschine lässt sich nicht einschalten.
Folgende Version ist bei mir Installiert: Linux Vers. 2.9.0  das SteuerProgramm Vers. 5.15.8

Today i made few experiments. I put only one coupler 8033 on network, and one module odot ct222F, and one End module odot 5801. After that - ethercat slaves - show me one node in network and its have state PreOP +. Next step was starting configuration with this module - it was an axis plus lcec cia402. Starting was without.alarm or warnings or any errors. But during active axis program, command   ethercat slaves in terminal show me PreOp E, that means Error. Btw on the display there are was no errors. Ok, next step - exit shutdown axis configuration linuxcnc. And reboot PC. After reboot - run: ethercat slaves, shows answer PreOP +, and ethercat state -p0 OP , next "ethercat slaves" shows PreOP E. Ok, next step put another equip in to the configuration. Foe example delta asda b3-e (asdress in ethercat network 1). And after command switch p1 in OP state - slaves command show that Delta in OP state... So, looks like we didn't do some extra initialisation procedure... Does anyone have some ideas?)

mein erster Post  Ich habe mir gerade eine Sorotec HobbyLine 6045 gekauft, die mit Beamicon2b geliefert wird. Ich stehe aber mit Windows auf Kriegsfuß und habe mich deshalb entschieden, auf LinuxCNC zu gehen. Also gleich eine 7i92tf gekauft und (nach viel Infosammlung) mit 7i92t_benezan2d geflasht. Die Maschine läuft damit auch hervorragend (bisher nur manuell gefahren und die Einstellungen gecheckt) und alles tut, wie es soll. Die Spindel wird von einem SolidStateRelais geschaltet, das am Port IO0 hängt. Das funktioniert auch gut, bis man LinuxCNC beendet, dann läuft die Spindel plötzlich wieder an...

Mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir, dass da ein Pullup/down-Widerstand oder Ähnliches fehlt, und das Signal nicht mehr definiert ist. Kann man den in der 7i92t irgendwie programmieren? Oder habt Ihr andere Ideen, wie man das in den Griff bekommt?

Ok i connect the joint.00.index-enable with the stepgen.00.index-enable.
Activate in the ini the usage of home index.

Then i start the homing of the axis... works up to the point it waits for index.... and index signal doesnt change the state..

Again.. i use position mode not velocity mode of the stepgen.
Signal is ground to input (gpio).

Hi just found this very intresting tool.
Installed it and was able to get the lathe make some  moves.
I tried the radius funktion but unfortunaly  it just made some weird steps to the blank.
Is there an Documentation how to set the parameters corect?
