Still having the problem with the G-code file tho, I haven't been able to manually edit the g-code since I cannot find the * symbol anywhere in the code.

The * is referring to the * in the GCode display of the second pic you posted.

That is there because it cannot find material number 2121 which of course doesn't exist...

For some reason it seems it is reading line 11 of you code incorrectly.

Edit line 11 so there is no comment, just M190 P21.

Actually that format looks like you are not using the recent version of plasmac_gcode.py.

When I do a git pull it says its up to date.

That would rule out not using the latest version?

Also I am using Rod post processor he posted and I have set the Sheetcam code snippets as per his recommendations.

OK, I can replicate that here so it is another cockup by me.

Edit your ngc file so there are no comments after a M190 and you should be able to get back to work.

I will take a look now and fix it.
