I have tested your complete config on a parallel port machine here with both RTAI and PREEMPT_RT with LinuxCNC2.9 and can not see the issue you have.

Hi Phill, I installed plasmac, the configuration does not send me errors, but as with other users the continuous manual movement does not respond to me, only the axes move if I establish increments, is this an error or is it a normal configuration behavior?
I thank you for your effort and I congratulate you for such a great and great job.
I almost forgot it, I installed debian wheezy 7.14 iso, then configure master branch with buildbot, I make an stable configuration and finally aplied the configurator plasmac. The axis joggin works fine in the stable config....

What Linux distribution and desktop are you using?
LinuxCNC 2.8 or 2.9?
Axis or Gmoccapy?
Buildbot install or Run In Place?
Could you post your machine HAL and INI file
Could you post the result of runningfrom a terminal

I installed debian wheezy 7.14 iso dvd, then configure master branch with buildbot to the version 2.9, I make an stable configuration with Axis GUI and finally aplied the configurator plasmac. The axis joggin works fine in the stable config.
and this is the result for uname -a
Linux localhost 3.4-9-rtai-686-pae #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 3.4.55-4linuxcnc i686 GNU/Linux
the mother board is an ATOM D425TK with 2gb ram

Then you applied the PlasmaC configuration and the jogging failed.
Is this in a sim config or a working machine?

In fact, the stable configuration is executed in the same machine and the continuous movement works normally, but if I execute the version with plasmac the joggin no longer works.
This is a machine where I have already installed the proma compact 150 UP / DOWN THC, I have not tested it with a code and see if it works and cut, tomorrow I will do that test and I will tell you what happens.

One thing that you can try, in the [DISPLAY] section of the ini file, change:to:
CYCLE_TIME = 0.1
CYCLE_TIME = 0.15

I built a new VM and created a new config, then I created a config using your complete ini file and I still cannot see this issue.
Does jog work correctly before homing?
Attached is a sim hal file.
Could you run some tests using that instead of tci2thc.hal and see if there is any difference.
You may need to invert the sign of HOME_SEARCH_VEL and HOME_LATCH_VEL for[JOINT_0] and/or [JOINT_1] in your ini file for homing to work correctly.
