I'll have a bit of a look see when/if I get out to the garage later or maybe tomorrow.
It is interesting that it doesn't happen on a sim.
The machine log additions have been built, it is in the Statistics tab.
Edit: Sorry for the late reply but for some reason I am not getting any emails from the forum.

All of the above is not that important, besides being so random and going away on it's own, but there is also the issue of THC doing the same thing (falling asleep) and that will cause the torch to drag on the material till the float switch is triggered, rendering the nozzle ruined.
This happens occasionaly, noticeable on longer cuts.
I would venture a guess at timers/debounce stuff, but that is only a guess.

Have you had this happen since I added some error coding on May 29?but there is also the issue of THC doing the same thing (falling asleep) and that will cause the torch to drag on the material till the float switch is triggered, rendering the nozzle ruined.

Not that i noticed, but i was just testing lately, no work since the material price is sky high here.
Will try to do more tests next week on two machines and report back.

Found another "falling asleep" issue, after some cuts the machine just waits and waits and ...
This is happening even when there are as little as 3 cuts in a run, be it from the wizard or Inkscape, after one or two or several cuts it just does not move to the next cut, pause and resume does not work, has to be stopped and run from line and it happily continues to run.
This is happening on 3 machines and 2 builds of the Master kind, still no updates from buildbot/stretch so i am quite some builds behind.
Edit:
Use the wizard to make a circle with outside lead in, size 50 to 75mm, feed rate at 1500mm/m, cutting 3mm mild steel at 35A, always gets a failed arc at the end, even raising arcok debounce to 50 does nothing. Resuming will just end the run, machine does nothing and that is all good. This gets very anoying when doing hundreds of cuts on a plate and having to press resume after every cut.
All of the above happens with Mode 0 , Mode 1 does this less often, but it does!

Master doesn't build on Stretch since May 11, the minimum requirement is Buster.

I will take a look at the issues.

Yeah, it took me by surprise as well, if you check the grid you can see what builds still occur.

Don't forget that at the end of this month it is anticipated that master will be python3, so you will probably need to keep an eye out for that as well.I did check but apparently i was looking at the pretty colors !
