Sorry Gent's, was busy changing fuses in the main house distribution box to be able to power on the Mazak.
As advised by Andy, i did find fuses with the C denomination, since B ones at 40A would still trip on powering the beast. Now that i can power it, it decided to die on me, all the vents work, spindle drive has power and is ready, axis drives are dead, computer is dead, main controller is dead, etc.
Moving on, or not moving on since no delivery of painted parts !
This is getting aggravating.

LOL, this is getting interesting !

Must have walked over the gantry and the rails over 200 times today as they are on the floor, and i was diving on the Mazak.
Still nothing, but the painter came to tell me that we have to go chose some other paint that should be of higher quality, so there is still hope.
In the mean time i did add cross laser to all 3 of the Z axis, so that is a nice added feature.

Besides the aluminium gantry for the smaller one, everything else is ready and waiting to be bolted.
I even fixed one of the two broken plasma cutters i had in the shop, it is a HF/HV start Cebora at 50A, now at 35 to 40 as i had to cut and remove one of the three primary copper windings on the big transformer.
That is a nice opportunity to test the THCAD300 with HF, and i think i found a way to use the nozzle for ohmic probing without blowing everything up, maybe some of the things ......
That definitely is not doable on all plasma cutters. Results and subsequent flames to follow !
Oh BTW, none of them have a table yet, so more waiting is in order.
