Might just be a random failure. Not sure what you could have done to the RS-422 interface, its pretty rugged.

Do I also need to file the RMA board repair in the miscellaneous section on the Mesa store?

IT'S ALIVE! AH HA HA HA.
A special thanks to PCW and Mesa Electronics for diagnosing, repairing, and returning
the board so quickly. Plus a New 7i71 found it's way into the return box . Now I can leave the one on the
PnP project and have one connected to my computer at my house so I can learn how
to get the feeder program  working when I am at home as well. Theirs' so much to do.
Looks like it's time to get to work.

After feeling like I have been beating my head against a wall getting Classic Ladder to do what I needed , it looks like I
FINALLY have a working feeder system. I will post a video of it working this next week.
Basically I use M64 P## to advance the feeder and M65 P## to reset for the next feeder. Below are the current codes
I am using. I hope to have a better system setup in the future using hal components and using M1## codes instead.

As promised the video of the system working . I only had enough time to shoot video of it working and briefly explaining
what it's doing. I will go more in depth in upcoming video's. Another step closer

I am back at it again. LOL. Apparently this new years resolution is to finish the PnP controller.
No video's today but I did take a few pics of today's progress.

A few more pics of the progress.  It definitely takes a while when you're building a controller for a PnP, a router, and a side mill.

well as usual work has been very heavy keeping me from working on the PnP. I have however bought a more
powerful computer ( Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF ) for it before shipping prices become insane.
