I get this debug report. Granted I don't see anything about the 7i71 untill the debug portion of it.

I rechecked all the RS-422 connections and found a loose wire ( green and white ). Maybe MAYBE.
and NO still the red led . I guess I am calling it for tonight .

Indicates that there is no communication with the 7I71

 I checked the cable this morning on the PnP . No loose wires and still having the red and yellow led. I do get the error / debug message from last night as well.  Am I at the point of needing to send the 7i71 back as an RMA?

RMA number recieved. I am also very curious what I screwed up . I am hoping that if I find out what failed  I will know what happended 
and not do it again.
