Re coalescing.
ethtool -c eth0
will tell you if its supported on your card and list the coalescing parameters if supported.
If not, it will say.
Operation not supported

veWell, I did not have any luck build debs So I went back to the PCW/JT method Yesterday I saw a bit for a trick that worked.
I had my working folder in ~/devel/rtlinux to keep my home directory clean. I saw somewhere that someone reported was an issue.
I so redid it on ~/rtlinux and it worked....
EXCEPT
I have no network driver for my RT8111. IN debian its the R8168 driver.
I need to find the kernel source and work out how to install it.... any help appreciated.

2 of Dell 9020 with 5 gen i7, RT 6.02 from Debian repo, LinuxCNC 2.9 from Debian repo, Intel gigabit ethernet Mesa 7i95,
No issues out of the box, besides disabling hyperthreading and C states.
Disabling Turbo is good for keeping the processor cooler, does not affect latency.
Test lasted for over an hour, watching youtube and resizing windows and stuff
All good.

My thoughts after last night's failure where reltek cards are in use is to use the 5.17 kernel (or 5.19 if only supporting the R8125)
This should allow you to download and build the Realtek drivers if it is an issue
