Can you give me some simpler example for say output 2 that would do (M64 P2 dwell 5sec than m65 P2) or the same with M62-63 ... and M6 T2 to fire that?
You can remap Mcodes and put those commands in there and just call the mcode in the remap.
But I suspect the issue is in the remmapping. Look at the examples in the sim with remapping and get familiar with them.

From my perspective, everything looks like a maze to me, it can be this way and it can be that way..but looking at a couple of examples that mostly refer to the carousel (not my case) it is a little clearer to me so I am in the role of target and observer :) .. in search no I can find a configuration similar to mine, certainly any advice is welcome, thank you very much for your help

Hello Masiwood,

I haven't looked at the tool tables of LinuxCNC yet, but from the documentation  P means pocket and D means diameter.
However I can for sure tell that G4 P2 is the g-code command for a 2 second pause.

Wish I could be of more help, but can't yet. I'm still about to mount the Mesa cards to my Biesse Rover 322 and then I'll have to figure out the same stuff as you. So you're ahead of me right now. :-)

Bevins has developed a tool change process in Python for the Rover 346, but says himself the proper way would be using an ngc file. Can't tell much more since I haven't looked into it yet, but maybe you can find something of interest for you in that code: github.com/bobbevins/Linuxcnc_python_remap_M6
