I appologise for my questions, but this is my first time I get to do with this type of problem.

I am now going to the machine to follow the procedure again, and will most likely comunicate from there, it will take me about 30mins to get there. would be great if this can be solved.

When I have done this I think I think I disconnected the DB25 and power cables, then plugged them back in again with the jumpers in the "low speed / setup " positions.

that did the trick! happy days. I never unplugged the DB25 connector... now all seems happy.

any suggestions on further NGCGUI files? I am now busy implementing that to all my machines (well, first have to complete this one, then I'll do on others.)
