Can you list the steps you did to install the image and what PC hardware you have?

Steps to install the image
1 download the image from the linked page(all of them)
2 create live usb
3 open the pc
4 f9 but from usb
5 graphical debian installer
6 default languish
7 default keypad
8 when i try auto configure the network i have this mesage
..Your network is probably not using the DHCP protocol. Alternatively the DHCP server may be slow or some network hardware is not working properly..
9 i try all the options to configure the network with no success
( also try with no internet connection)
10 configure the network later
11 installation on entire disc
12 installing the system
13 Configure the package manager (Use a network mirror?)
option No=> GRUB installation failed
option Yes=> default mirror (Bad archive mirror)
14 after that some time the installation finished but there was no GRUB to boot
thats all

Update
After several attempts finally i install the debian 9
an error in the Pendrive configuration for the live usb cost lot of time and frustration
i wll try to proceed farther

i cant find in the Synaptic manager the <<install linux-image-4.9.0.7-rt >>
what is my mistake this time?

in the linked page the right kernel is
uname -a
Linux d9-uspace 4.9.0-7-rt-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Debian 4.9.82-1+deb9u3 (2018-03-02) x86_64 GNU/Linux
it is not the same
