Do you mean that the driver is not capable for position control?

No.
It is, it just needs up and down pulse trains on two inputs instead of the usual step/dir.
In the hal file you will have this
setp hm2_7i76e.0.stepgen.00.step_type 0
Change that to this, for the axis that that drive is wired to
setp hm2_7i76e.0.stepgen.00.step_type 1
Notice that the stpgen number might be 01 or 02 for that axis, like
setp hm2_7i76e.0.stepgen.01.step_type 1
or
setp hm2_7i76e.0.stepgen.02.step_type 1

You can get away with 3 but it is better with 4 as it is more immune to interference.
mesa to drive
step+ to PP
step- to PG
dir+ to NP
dir- to NG

Previews i connect the the drive with uccnc Ethernet board uth 400 and it look like working (that mean that it was moving both directions in different speeds and run g code.)
How is that possible?

the drive does have a positiv negative switch and also a Double edge mode 2Steps per Tick

When i test the motor on the bench what values sud i place in the section of the pncconf for the motor encoder etc
( if its possible point me what i must read to calculate by my self since i have several different motor i like to test)

On the bench i can jog the motor with DMM software
when i wiring the motor with 7i76e i have no movement
Any suggestions?

On the bench i can jog the motor with DMM software
when i wiring the motor with 7i76e i have no movement

Change these to 5000
DIRSETUP = 1000
DIRHOLD = 1000
STEPLEN = 1000
STEPSPACE = 1000

Also have you connected the enable on the drive if so disconnect it to test

when i try with those settings i have oscillation
i can not distinguish any motion of the shaft ether clockwise or opposite
