What issue might cause it to read other than 0?
At rest mine fluctuates 148-150v...while cutting it's 278ish ...11ga @ 100ipm, .06 cut height.
45XP book voltage calls for 128v so the THCAD10 is right there.
I ran the calibration calc with values ,
50:1 voltage divider setting
F/32 jumper on THCAD10
935.8 & 121
You should read 0v at rest.

Thanks, I hope you enjoy it.
You most probably have:in your halfile, it should be:it is the ONLY -1 in there, but if you are happy to have your offset at -3781.25 then you can leave it as it is.
You most probably have:
setp hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.00.scale 1
setp hm2_7i76e.0.encoder.00.scale -1

When I do this I run number all the way down to 0 so the voltage reads 0 and I’m back to nothing square 1.
I’m at a lost with the Mesa thcad—10 board
Just try plugging in the correct numbers then change the scale and see if you can get the display down to 0v.

Strange, Your numbers are correct and the hal files look good, the only thing I can think of is the divider is not really 50:1
A -73V variation from what it should be is a lot.
Have you checked that the THCAD jumper is definitely F/32?
EDIT: definitely a THCAD-10?
